I have exciting news and information to share.  Barbara J. Moser has filed with the Geauga Board of Elections as the Democratic candidate for Judge of the Geauga Common Pleas Court. Barbara is a wife, mother and accomplished attorney with 25 years of legal experience. She has handled 70 jury trials and is licensed to practice in local, state and federal courts including the United States Supreme Court. Click here for a photo of Barbara.

Barbara graduated summa cum laude from Lake Erie College and with honors from The Ohio State University College of Law. She studied at Oxford University in England and at The International Association of Defense Council's Trial Academy. She is a member of the Geauga County Bar Association, the Lake County Bar, the Ohio State Bar and a past member of the Ohio Academy of Civil Trial Attorneys.

Barbara is so highly regarded that Judges in both Geauga and Lake Counties have appointed her to sit as Chair for Court ordered Arbitration Panels and she has been selected by Geauga County to mediate Court referred cases.

Barbara is an active part of the Munson community serving as a past executive member of the Munson PTO, Citizen Merit Badge Counselor for the Boy Scouts and is member of St. Mary's in Chardon. I'm proud that Barbara is also a big supporter of the Geauga Democratic Party as a two year Platinum member.
